Pablo Alonso MedinaAnalyst
He holds an MSc in Civil Engineering (Máster en Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos) from the Technical University of Madrid, specialized in Structures, Foundations, Materials and Construction (accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET throughout the USA). He is also Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Madrid.
Currently he is Analyst at OIM and participates in the technical and economic evaluation of port projects, forming part of a multidisciplinary team with great experience.
He started his career at FCC, participating in the construction of an international water treatment project. After that, he has worked as Structure Engineer at the engineering consulting company FHECOR, specializing in the maintenance, reparation and rehabilitation of port structures, and participating in national and international legal trials and arbitrations related to maritime structures.
He has participated in international cooperation projects for the construction of a footbridge in Bolivia and a water supply and sewage network in Peru, project awarded with the TYPSA Prize for Cooperation in 2019.
